This policy explains what information Barracuda Suspension Systems ("Barracuda", "we", "us") collects when you visit barracudasuspension.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter and the time you signed up.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
- Website analytics. We use analytics tools to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are visited, how visitors arrived (for example, from a search engine or another website), and general device, browser, and approximate location information.
How we use it
- To contact you about early access and pre-orders, if you joined the waitlist.
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To understand and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and cookies
We use two analytics services:
- Umami. Umami does not use cookies and reports visits in aggregate, without identifying individual visitors.
- Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits and collects information such as the pages you view, your browser and device, and your approximate location. Learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will continue to work without them.
Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Service providers
We rely on a few providers to run the site: Netlify (website hosting), Google (Google Sheets, where waitlist sign-ups are stored, and Google Analytics), and Umami (analytics). They process information on our behalf to provide these services. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also log basic technical information, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist email addresses until you ask us to remove them or until we no longer need them to contact you about our products.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, including removing you from the waitlist. Just email us at the address below.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
